The password could potentially be exposed to a user who otherwise would not be entitled to view it. ServiceNow is not currently aware of malicious exploitation against ServiceNow instances.

Risk Assessment

Exposure of a plaintext password could allow unauthorized users to take over the victim's account. This poses a serious risk to data confidentiality and account security in ServiceNow instances.
