ServiceNow AI Platform vulnerabilities

A remote code execution vulnerability was identified in the ServiceNow AI platform, potentially allowing an unauthenticated user to execute code under certain circumstances. The issue has been addressed with security updates for hosted and self-hosted instances.

ServiceNow has addressed a remote code execution vulnerability in the ServiceNow AI platform. This vulnerability could enable an unauthenticated user, in certain circumstances, to execute code within the ServiceNow Sandbox. ServiceNow addressed this by deploying a security update to hosted instances and providing relevant updates to self-hosted customers and partners. The vulnerability is addressed in listed patches and hot fixes. While no exploitation against customer instances is currently known, customers are recommended to promptly apply appropriate updates or upgrade if they have not already done so.
