Weekly CVE digest
One email a week with newly published vulnerabilities worth knowing about. No account needed.
This digest covers new vulnerabilities in general, not your servers. If you want to know which of them actually run in your infrastructure, that is what Secvalis does: it scans your machines and reports only what concerns them.
Rejected reason: ** REJECT ** DO NOT USE THIS CANDIDATE NUMBER. ConsultIDs: CVE-2026-85984. Reason: This candidate is a reservation duplicate of CVE-2026-85984. Notes: All CVE users should reference CVE-2026-85984 instead of this candidate. All references and descriptions in this candidate have been removed to prevent accidental usage.
CWE-522: Insufficiently Protected Credentials vulnerability that could result in exposure of authentication information and unauthorized access to RTU functionality.
An OS Command Injection vulnerability in TUBITAK BILGEM Software Technologies Research Institute Pardus Software. The product does not properly neutralize special elements used in OS commands. This issue affects versions before 1.0.5.
A use-after-free vulnerability in Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based). An authorized attacker can execute code over a network. The vulnerability is remotely exploitable.
A vulnerability in jackson-databind allows XML datatype deserializers (Duration, XMLGregorianCalendar) to pass raw JSON strings directly to BigInteger/BigDecimal constructors, which are quadratic in digit count. Because the digits are inside a string token rather than a number token, the StreamReadConstraints.maxNumberLength guard does not apply, enabling an attacker to cause excessive CPU consumption with a single request.
CWE-303: Incorrect Implementation of Authentication Algorithm vulnerability exists that could cause loss of confidentiality, integrity and availability of the PLC provided an application project with a lower application level is running on the PLC.
The GamiPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authenticated (Subscriber+) SQL Injection via the 'q' parameter of the wpForo integration AJAX selector (action gamipress_wpforo_get_posts) in versions up to, and including, 7.9.7. The value is passed only through $wpdb->esc_like() and interpolated directly into a single-quoted LIKE clause with no %s placeholder, allowing the attacker to break out of the string and inject boolean-based SQL.
An incorrect privilege assignment vulnerability in TUBITAK BILGEM Software Technologies Research Institute Pardus-software. It allows privilege escalation. This issue affects versions before 1.0.5.
An OS Command Injection vulnerability in TUBITAK BILGEM Software Technologies Research Institute Pardus Boot Repair. The product does not properly neutralize special elements used in OS commands. This issue affects versions before 1.0.8.
WAVLINK WN535M1 and WN535M3 routers running firmware prior to M35M1_V250922 contain an unauthenticated OS command injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root by sending crafted filenames to the sync_server daemon on TCP port 13136. The daemon interpolates attacker-controlled filename input containing shell metacharacters into a shell command string via sprintf() and passes it to system() without sanitization, enabling root-level command execution.
WAVLINK WN535M1 and WN535M3 routers running firmware prior to M35M1_V250922 contain an unauthenticated arbitrary file write vulnerability that allows remote attackers to overwrite any file on the device by sending a crafted payload to the sync_server daemon on TCP port 13136. The daemon, which runs as root and requires no authentication, accepts a 100-byte filename field in its protocol header without path canonicalization, allowing attackers to supply an absolute path and write arbitrary content to overwrite startup scripts or credential stores to achieve persistent system compromise.
An arbitrary file access vulnerability in Mistral Vibe allows an attacker to bypass workspace restrictions through commands classified as unconditionally allowed. Missing path validation for these commands enables access to files outside the active workspace without user approval.
An arbitrary code execution vulnerability in Mistral Vibe allows an attacker to bypass command permission checks using environment variable assignments preceding allowlisted commands. These assignments are excluded from inspection, enabling attacker-controlled environment variables to cause arbitrary code execution without user approval.
An arbitrary code execution vulnerability in Mistral Vibe allows an attacker to bypass command permission checks using shell constructs its parser cannot interpret. Unparsed portions are omitted from inspection, enabling embedded commands to execute on the user's system without approval.
An arbitrary code execution vulnerability in Mistral Vibe allows an attacker to bypass command permission checks using ANSI-C quoted arguments. These arguments are not properly inspected, enabling a crafted allowlisted command to execute arbitrary code on the user's system without approval.
An arbitrary file write vulnerability in Mistral Vibe, introduced in version 1.3.4, allows an attacker to create or overwrite files outside the active workspace without user approval. Shell redirection destinations are omitted from permission checks, enabling otherwise allowlisted commands to write to arbitrary paths accessible to the Vibe process.
An arbitrary file read vulnerability in Mistral Vibe, introduced in version 2.6.0, allows an attacker to bypass workspace restrictions using quoted absolute paths in allowlisted shell commands. Improper handling of quotation marks during path validation enables files outside the active workspace to be read without user approval.
An integer overflow in pitch and buffer-size computation in Orthanc DICOM Server leads to a heap out-of-bounds write when decoding an attacker-supplied PNG. This could result in arbitrary code execution or a service crash.
Puppet Enterprise versions 2023.8.0-2023.8.10 and 2025.0.0-2025.11.2 contain a command injection vulnerability. An authenticated user with Puppet administrative privileges can execute arbitrary shell commands with root privileges.
The ANJIA AJL33PC0801 IP camera uses a hard-coded credential for bootloader authentication. An attacker with physical access to the device may leverage this weakness to gain privileged bootloader access, allowing unauthorized modification of firmware and system configuration.
