CVE-2025-59379

High
Published: Translated: NVD NIST

Summary

DwyerOmega Isensix Advanced Remote Monitoring System (ARMS) version 1.5.7 is vulnerable to blind SQL injection through the user parameter on the login page, allowing an attacker to retrieve sensitive information from the underlying SQL database. This can lead to credential theft, including cleartext passwords of users and admins, which can then be used to authenticate to the application.

Risk Assessment

An attacker can steal credentials of existing users and administrators and then log in to the application, gaining unauthorized access to the monitoring system. This may result in data confidentiality breaches, configuration manipulation, or full system compromise.

Recommendation

Immediately upgrade ARMS to the latest patched version. Additionally, force a password reset for all users and administrators, and implement input validation and parameterized SQL queries to mitigate SQL injection risks.
