Summary

The Agent Zero Web UI before version 1.15 does not properly sanitize user-provided input in chat messages or file uploads. When Agent Zero renders content in the chat interface, injected JavaScript executes in the context of the victim's authenticated Agent Zero Web UI session.

Risk Assessment

Arbitrary JavaScript can run in an authenticated user's session, potentially leading to session data theft or actions performed on the victim's behalf. Any user interacting with chat or uploading files is at risk.

Recommendation

Upgrade the Agent Zero Web UI to version 1.15 or later. Until then, restrict access to the web interface and avoid opening untrusted content in chat.
