CVE-2026-96667
HighCVSS 7.2Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk20th percentile - higher than 20% of all known CVEs
Summary
The Real Estate Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'first_name' parameter in versions up to and including 7.3. Insufficient input sanitization and output escaping allow unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts. The reCAPTCHA check can be trivially bypassed.
Risk Assessment
The risk includes script execution in users' browsers, potentially leading to data theft or session hijacking. The attack is possible without authentication, and reCAPTCHA can be bypassed.
Recommendation
Update the Real Estate Manager plugin to the latest version. Also improve reCAPTCHA validation to prevent bypass.

See all- CVE-2026-93908Medium
The Real Estate Manager – Property Listing and Agent Management plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'before_price_text' parameter in all versions up to and including 7.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability is further enabled by the absence of capability, nonce, or ownership checks on the wp_ajax_rem_create_pro_ajax handler, and because the value is persisted via update_post_meta, the wp_kses filtering does not apply.
- CVE-2025-58253Medium
The Real Estate Manager WordPress plugin contains a DOM-Based XSS vulnerability. An attacker can inject malicious script that executes in the victim's browser.
Original NVD description (English source)
The Real Estate Manager – Property Listing and Agent Management plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'first_name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The reCAPTCHA check is trivially bypassed by omitting the g-recaptcha-response parameter entirely, since validation only runs when that parameter is present.
