Summary
Vulnerability in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM Legacy UI component) affecting versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0. An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can, with user interaction, perform unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some data and unauthorized read access to a subset of data; attacks may impact additional products (scope change).
Risk Assessment
The integrity and confidentiality of identity management data may be compromised. The risk is significant because it only requires user interaction, and the impact may extend beyond Oracle Identity Manager.
Recommendation
Apply Oracle security updates for Oracle Identity Manager, restrict access to the OIM Legacy UI, and educate users about phishing.
