CVE-2026-83010
HighCVSS 8.1Summary
Vulnerability in Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture (Client Bundle component) affecting versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. A high-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can exploit it, but human interaction from another person is required. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and full access to all product data.
Risk Assessment
High risk of confidentiality and integrity impact on Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture, with potential significant impact on additional products (scope change). The need for user interaction increases the likelihood in environments with active users.
Recommendation
Apply available Oracle security updates for versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Restrict network access to the component and train users to recognize social engineering attempts.
