ToolJet through 3.0.0-ee-beta.2 contains authorization bypass vulnerabilities in the POST /api/v2/resources/export endpoint that allow authenticated users to disclose TooljetDB table schemas across workspace boundaries and export app definitions across granular permission boundaries. Attackers can supply a body-provided organization_id parameter to access schemas from other workspaces, or bypass per-app authorization gates to export restricted app definitions within their workspace.

ToolJet before v3.16.208 fails to validate organization membership in database read routes, allowing any authenticated user to access other organizations' table schemas and row data. Attackers can supply arbitrary organization IDs in URL parameters to list tables, retrieve column definitions, and execute join queries to read actual stored data from victim organizations.

ToolJet before v3.16.208 fails to validate that authenticated users belong to the organization specified in the organizationId path parameter of tooljet-db endpoints, allowing any Builder user to read, modify, and delete tables across tenant boundaries. Attackers can extract victim organization IDs from public app endpoints, then exploit schema operation endpoints to disclose schemas, plant malicious tables, corrupt schemas, or permanently destroy data.

ToolJet before v3.16.208 fails to validate that the path organizationId matches the authenticated user's workspace before performing ToolJet DB table operations. A workspace admin can create, view, and delete database tables in another workspace by replacing the organizationId parameter in table-management API requests.

ToolJet before v3.16.208 fails to validate organizationId ownership in database write and destroy routes, allowing any builder-role user to create, alter, or drop tables in other organizations' databases. Attackers can exploit missing guards to permanently delete tables, insert arbitrary data, and modify schemas across tenant boundaries on shared instances.

In ToolJet prior to version 3.20.178-lts, any authenticated user with builder role (free tier) could overwrite a globally-shared marketplace plugin with arbitrary JavaScript that executed server-side with full Node.js access. The malicious code ran whenever any user on the instance triggered a query using that plugin, leading to remote code execution (RCE) and supply-chain compromise of the entire ToolJet deployment.

ToolJet, an open-source platform for building internal tools, prior to version 3.20.207 has a vulnerability in the ToolJet Database HTTP API that authorizes operations against the :organizationId URL path value without verifying that the caller belongs to that organization. An authenticated user can set tj-workspace-id to their own workspace and target another workspace, allowing disclosure of table names, schemas, and rows and allowing tables to be created, altered, bulk populated, or dropped across tenant boundaries. This issue is fixed in version 3.20.207-lts.

A vulnerability in ToolJet before 3.20.180 allows shell command injection via pull request comments. The CI runner executes code from the comment, enabling theft of deployment secrets.

A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in ToolJet v1.6.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML via a crafted payload injected into the Comment Body component.

A vulnerability in Tooljet v1.6 arises from improper handling of missing values in the API, allowing attackers to arbitrarily reset passwords via a crafted HTTP request.
