Risk Assessment

The risk is the possibility of causing agent crashes by an attacker controlling the manager, potentially leading to monitoring disruption and availability issues.

Recommendation

It is recommended to upgrade Wazuh to version 4.14.8 or later, which fixes this vulnerability. Also, limit trust in the manager and monitor agent memory usage.
