CriticalCVSS 9.1Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk34th percentile - higher than 34% of all known CVEs
Summary
Vulnerability in Oracle Database Server Portable Clusterware component (versions 19.3-19.32, 21.3-21.23, 23.4.0-23.26.3). Easily exploitable flaw allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to perform unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of data and cause a complete hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DoS). CVSS 3.1 Base Score 9.1 (impact on integrity and availability).
Risk Assessment
An attacker can compromise data integrity and cause service unavailability, potentially leading to severe disruption of database operations. High CVSS score indicates critical risk.
Recommendation
Apply Oracle patches for affected versions. Restrict network access to Portable Clusterware and monitor for unusual activity.
