CVE-2026-53912
MediumCVSS 5.1Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk12th percentile - higher than 12% of all known CVEs
Summary
Cerebrate before version 1.37 exposed credential data from self-registration requests. User passwords are stored in message data and can be returned in API responses, creating a risk of disclosure.
Risk Assessment
Disclosure of password hashes may enable offline password-cracking attempts, increasing risk where users reuse passwords across systems.
Recommendation
It is recommended to upgrade to Cerebrate version 1.37, which redacts sensitive fields from API responses and audit logs.

- CVE-2026-109758Critical
Perforce Helix Authentication Service (HAS) versions 2022.1-2025.2 retain a default SCIM bearer token that is not automatically replaced with a random value during installation. An attacker knowing this token can gain unauthorized access to the SCIM API and perform user and group operations. This issue can be chained with CVE-2026-61834, potentially leading to remote code execution.
- CVE-2026-97229Critical
GitLab CE/EE versions from 19.2 to 19.2.8, 19.3 to 19.3.5, and 19.4 to 19.4.2 contain a vulnerability that, under certain conditions, could allow an unauthenticated user to execute arbitrary code on the GitLab server. The issue stems from insufficient validation of regular expressions in CI/CD configuration.
- CVE-2026-89111Critical
SAP Cloud SDK for Python contains an OAuth2 SSRF vulnerability affecting multi-tenant BTP applications. An attacker controlling the tenant_subdomain parameter can redirect OAuth2 token requests to an attacker-controlled server, leading to client credential exfiltration.
- CVE-2026-89110Critical
SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer does not perform sufficient authorization checks in certain portal functionality. An attacker with low privileges could invoke internal operations on a preconfigured remote system, which depending on the remote connection configuration could lead to full compromise of the remote system.
- CVE-2026-89108Critical
SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence does not sufficiently enforce authorization boundaries within certain administrative functionality. An attacker with MII administrator privileges could submit a specially crafted request to provision an account with elevated privileges on the underlying Java application server. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to gain administrative control over the system.
- CVE-2026-89107Critical
SAP S/4HANA (Manage Substitution/Validation Rules) does not sufficiently validate input processed by rule definition functionality that utilizes a domain-specific scripting language. An authenticated attacker with specific business privileges could submit specially crafted input, which is interpreted as executable ABAP code. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary ABAP code in the system.
- CVE-2026-87689Critical
Metasploit Framework Web Service REST API (msf-ws) exposes the credential store through Msf::WebServices::CredentialServlet. The update (PUT) and delete (DELETE) handlers for /api/v1/credentials omit the authentication call, unlike other routes. Any client able to reach the web service on its default 0.0.0.0:8080 listener can read, modify, or permanently delete every stored credential without authentication. All published versions through 6.5.4 are affected; fixed in 6.5.5 by adding authentication.
- CVE-2026-96119Critical
IBM i versions 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information or execute arbitrary code on the system due to improper data sanitization by the HTTP Server Administration web application.
- CVE-2026-82110Critical
IBM DataStage on Cloud Pak for Data 5.4.0.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability due to improper validation of pathnames. A remote authenticated attacker can exploit this to execute arbitrary code.
- CVE-2026-82103Critical
IBM DataStage on Cloud Pak for Data 5.4.0.0 exposes sensitive information to an unauthorized actor. A remote authenticated attacker can exploit this to obtain confidential data.
Original NVD description (English source)
Cerebrate before version 1.37 exposed credential material from self-registration requests. The self-registration workflow stored the registrant’s hashed password in the inbox message data payload. This payload was returned unredacted through inbox index and view responses, including HTML, JSON, and CSV outputs, and could also be written unredacted into audit log entries for the inbox message. An authenticated user with sufficient privileges to access inbox entries or related audit logs could retrieve password hashes associated with pending self-registration requests. Although the exposed value is a password hash rather than a plaintext password, disclosure of password hashes may enable offline password-cracking attempts and could increase risk where users reuse passwords across systems. Cerebrate 1.37 fixes the issue by redacting sensitive password and authkey fields from inbox display/API output and recursively redacting those fields from JSON values written to audit logs, while leaving the stored registration payload intact for account creation processing. Affected component: Inbox self-registration request handling and audit logging Fixed version: Cerebrate 1.37
