Vulnerability in the Oracle Net Services component of Oracle Database Server. Supported versions that are affected are 19.3-19.31, 21.3-21.22 and 23.4.0-23.26.2. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise Oracle Net Services. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Net Services accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Net Services.
