CVE-2026-22001
LowCVSS 2.7Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk18th percentile - higher than 18% of all known CVEs
Summary
Vulnerability in the MySQL Server product of Oracle MySQL (component: Server: Information Schema). Supported versions affected are 8.0.0-8.0.45, 8.4.0-8.4.8 and 9.0.0-9.6.0. An easily exploitable vulnerability allows a high privileged attacker with network access to gain unauthorized read access to a subset of MySQL Server data.
Risk Assessment
A high-privileged attacker could gain access to a portion of MySQL Server data. This may compromise the confidentiality of information stored in the database.
Recommendation
Update MySQL Server to a version containing the fix. Restrict network access to the database server to necessary addresses only.
