CVE-2026-20362
HighCVSS 7.2Summary
A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Finesse is due to improper input validation for specific HTTP requests. An unauthenticated, remote attacker could send a crafted HTTP request to conduct server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to obtain limited sensitive information for services associated with the affected device.
Risk Assessment
The vulnerability can be exploited without authentication, increasing the risk of unauthorized access to information about internal services. This may lead to data exposure and further reconnaissance of the infrastructure.
Recommendation
Install the available security updates for Cisco Finesse as soon as possible. Until patches are applied, restrict access to the management interface from untrusted networks.
Other vulnerabilities in Cisco Finesse
