Summary

The HUSKY WordPress plugin before version 1.4.1 does not sanitize a stored setting value against directory traversal before using it in a file inclusion path, allowing users with shop manager capability to include and execute arbitrary local files. This is triggered on every front-end request, including for unauthenticated visitors.

Risk Assessment

An attacker with limited privileges can execute arbitrary code on the server, leading to full site compromise and potential access to all user data.

Recommendation

Immediately update the HUSKY plugin to version 1.4.1 or later, which includes necessary protections against directory traversal.
