CVE-2026-15180
MediumCVSS 6.1Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk10th percentile - higher than 10% of all known CVEs
Summary
The Tracking Code Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via 'TCM_ErrorMessages' POST Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.6.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Risk Assessment
An unauthenticated attacker can use the plugin to conduct phishing or steal session data from users who click a crafted link.
Recommendation
Update the plugin to a version newer than 2.6.0 as soon as it becomes available, and warn users against clicking suspicious links.
