CVE Catalog

CVE-2026-14349

CriticalCVSS 9.8
Published: Translated: NVD NIST

Summary

The TrueBooker – Appointment Booking and Scheduler System plugin for WordPress in all versions up to and including 1.2.3 is vulnerable to authorization bypass. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This allows unauthenticated attackers to modify the email address of arbitrary user accounts, including administrators, which can be leveraged to reset the account password and gain access.

Risk Assessment

An attacker can take over administrator accounts, leading to full compromise of the WordPress site. This enables malicious code installation, data theft, and loss of control over the service.

Recommendation

Update the TrueBooker plugin to a version later than 1.2.3 or disable it if no update is available. Additionally, enable two-factor authentication for administrative accounts.
