Summary

OpenRemote core before 1.31.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated users to read other realms' gateway tunnel information via getGatewayActiveTunnelInfos. Attackers can request the gateway tunnel endpoint with their own realm and a victim gateway ID to disclose internal target hosts, ports, and routing data.

Risk Assessment

An authenticated user can disclose internal network topology and routing data of other realms, facilitating further attacks on internal infrastructure. This breaks realm isolation and may lead to privilege escalation.

Recommendation

Update OpenRemote core to version 1.31.0 or later. Until patched, restrict access to the getGatewayActiveTunnelInfos endpoint and verify that the gateway belongs to the user's realm.
