CVE-2026-115370

MediumCVSS 4.3
Published: Translated: NVD NIST

Summary

A restriction bypass vulnerability in Incus allows restricted project users to use pull mode migration via clustered refresh requests. An attacker with instance creation rights can send a refresh migration request for an existing instance, causing the server to open outbound TLS websocket connections and probe reachable services.

Risk Assessment

An attacker with limited privileges can use the server to scan the internal network and gather information about reachable services, potentially as a precursor to further attacks.

Recommendation

Update Incus to version 6.0.7, 7.0.2, or 7.5.0 (or later) and restrict instance creation rights in restricted projects.
