CVE-2026-108804

CriticalCVSS 10.0
Published: Translated: NVD NIST

Summary

A vulnerability was detected in TRENDnet TEW-751DR, TEW-752DRU and TEW733GR routers in versions 1.03B01/1.03B03, affecting the fwrite function in pigwidgeon.cgi of the Web Management Backend component. Manipulation of the service argument leads to OS command injection, and the attack can be launched remotely. The exploit is publicly available.

Risk Assessment

A remote attacker can execute arbitrary OS commands on the device, potentially leading to full router compromise. The vendor confirmed the product was EOL'd in 2011 and will not be tested or supported.

Recommendation

Because the vendor no longer supports the product, retire these routers and replace them with supported devices. If that is not possible, isolate them on the network and restrict access to the management interface.
