CVE-2026-107319
UnknownSummary
The GamiPress WordPress plugin before 8.0.6 does not perform a capability check or ownership verification on one of its authenticated AJAX actions. This allows any authenticated user, such as a Subscriber, to read arbitrary entries from its activity log, including other users' points balances and earned achievements and the usernames of administrators who performed manual point award and revoke actions.
Risk Assessment
Exposure of other users' data, including administrator information, can lead to privacy breaches and facilitate further social engineering attacks. The risk is particularly relevant in multi-user sites with a points system.
Recommendation
Update the GamiPress plugin to version 8.0.6 or later. Until the update, consider restricting site access or disabling the activity log feature.
