Summary

XXL-JOB up to 3.5.0-SNAPSHOT contains a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the job log list page (/joblog). An authenticated user with permission on a target executor job group can inject arbitrary JavaScript via the executorParam argument of the manual-trigger endpoint POST /jobinfo/trigger.

Risk Assessment

The injected script is stored and executed in the browsers of other users viewing the logs, potentially leading to session theft or actions performed on their behalf.

Recommendation

Upgrade XXL-JOB to a version newer than 3.5.0-SNAPSHOT once available, and apply output encoding to the executorParam argument on the /joblog page.
