CVE-2026-103314
HighCVSS 7.4Summary
In Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS), the Central SAML authentication ACS endpoint does not retain used SAML assertion or response identifiers to prevent replay. An attacker who obtains a valid, unexpired signed SAML response can submit it multiple times and receive distinct Central authentication tokens for the mapped identity.
Risk Assessment
SAML response replay is possible, allowing unauthorized Central access tokens to be obtained. This may lead to identity takeover and access to the Kubernetes cluster.
Recommendation
Update RHACS to a patched version or enable replay detection mechanisms in the SAML configuration. Monitor for unusual authentications and limit SAML assertion validity.
Other vulnerabilities in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes
See all- CVE-2026-10079High
A flaw was found in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS) where processing Kubernetes Deployments replaces identity metadata based on the openshift.io/encoded-deployment-config label. A user with permission to create Deployments can set this label to "null", causing ACS to treat the workload as having empty UID, name, labels and namespace "default". This bypasses deploy-time policy detection and enforcement visibility, prevents correct persistence in Central and breaks violation reporting and compliance correlation for the affected deployment.
- CVE-2026-9165High
A flaw in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes (RHACS) allows an authenticated user with a valid API token to send deeply nested GraphQL queries, causing excessive resource consumption in Central and resulting in a denial of service for the management plane.
