Summary

The kallyas theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via several of the theme's shortcodes in all versions up to, and including, 4.23.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Risk Assessment

An attacker with contributor privileges can inject malicious scripts that execute in the browsers of users visiting infected pages, potentially leading to session or data theft. However, this requires authentication and specific privileges.

Recommendation

Update the kallyas theme to a version later than 4.23.0. Limit contributor privileges to a minimum and monitor for unusual content in shortcodes.
