CVE-2025-46035
HighCVSS 7.5Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk46th percentile - higher than 46% of all known CVEs
Summary
A buffer overflow vulnerability was found in Tenda AC6 router firmware version 15.03.05.16. An unauthenticated remote attacker can cause a denial of service (DoS) by sending an HTTP GET request with oversized schedStartTime and schedEndTime parameters to the /goform/openSchedWifi endpoint.
Risk Assessment
This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to remotely crash the router, resulting in network downtime and loss of connectivity for all users.
Recommendation
Immediately update the Tenda AC6 router firmware to the latest available version that fixes this vulnerability. If no update is available, restrict access to the router's management interface to trusted networks only.
