In the Linux kernel, the net/smc module has a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in smc_vlan_by_tcpsk(). Coverity found that netdev_lower_get_next can return NULL, and this pointer is then used without a check in is_vlan_dev(). The fix replaces the manual iteration with netdev_walk_all_lower_dev().
