CVE-2020-1077
HighCVSS 7.8Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Elevated risk52th percentile - higher than 52% of all known CVEs
Summary
An elevation of privilege vulnerability exists when the Windows Runtime improperly handles objects in memory. An attacker could exploit it by running a specially crafted application to execute arbitrary code in an elevated context.
Risk Assessment
The risk for the organization is potential privilege escalation by a local attacker, which could lead to full system compromise and access to sensitive data.
Recommendation
It is recommended to apply the security update that addresses the way Windows Runtime handles objects in memory.

Original NVD description (English source)
An elevation of privilege vulnerability exists when the Windows Runtime improperly handles objects in memory. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could run arbitrary code in an elevated context. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by running a specially crafted application on the victim system. The update addresses the vulnerability by correcting the way the Windows Runtime handles objects in memory.
