CVE-2017-10147
HighSummary
A vulnerability in the Oracle WebLogic Server component of Oracle Fusion Middleware allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via T3 to compromise the server. Attacks may lead to hanging or frequent crashes of the server, resulting in a complete denial of service (DoS).
Risk Assessment
The risk to the organization involves the potential for remote attackers to cause server outages, which can lead to downtime for applications and services relying on Oracle WebLogic Server.
Recommendation
It is recommended to update to the latest version of Oracle WebLogic Server and implement appropriate security measures to restrict server access to authorized users.
