CVE-2007-1692
HighSummary
Domyślna konfiguracja systemu Microsoft Windows wykorzystuje protokół automatycznego wykrywania proxy sieciowego (WPAD) bez statycznych wpisów WPAD, co może umożliwić zdalnym atakującym przechwytywanie ruchu sieciowego poprzez rejestrację serwera proxy za pomocą WINS lub DNS, a następnie odpowiadanie na żądania WPAD. Przykład ten został zademonstrowany przy użyciu przeglądarki Internet Explorer.
Risk Assessment
Recommendation
Zaleca się skonfigurowanie statycznych wpisów WPAD oraz monitorowanie i zabezpieczenie serwerów WINS, DNS i DHCP, aby zminimalizować ryzyko przechwytywania ruchu sieciowego.

The D-Link DIR-895L router version A1_102b07 has a vulnerability in the sendOffer/sendACK functions of the file udhcpcd/serverpacket.c in the udhcpcd component, causing a stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can only be performed within the local network, and the exploit has been published.
- CVE-2026-76969Critical
The @sap/cds-mtxs NPM library does not perform sufficient checks on certain functionality used in multitenant CAP applications with extensibility enabled. An unauthenticated attacker could send specially crafted requests to obtain sensitive credentials and abuse them to replace or delete tenant data. Successful exploitation can result in a high impact on availability and integrity of the application, and partial impact on confidentiality of business data.
- CVE-2026-66768Critical
SAP GUI for Java does not correctly enforce the trust level policy for certain functions invoked from a connected backend system. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this weakness by manipulating a connected backend system to trigger affected functionality. This could allow arbitrary command execution on the victim's machine, leading to a high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- CVE-2026-58240Critical
SAP NetWeaver Message Server does not sufficiently validate the authenticity of internal application server components during registration. An unauthenticated attacker with network access could register an unauthorized component and potentially perform unauthorized actions, resulting in high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- CVE-2026-44756Critical
A memory safety vulnerability exists in the Extended Passport Protocol (EPP) processing library. Under specific conditions, an unauthenticated attacker could exploit a crafted network request with a malformed EPP header, potentially resulting in undefined behavior and abnormal program termination. Successful exploitation may have high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- CVE-2026-86543Critical
Vulnerability in knowns before version 0.30.0 serves the management API without authentication on all network interfaces by default, with no password required on fresh installations. Attackers can access the unauthenticated /api/tunnel/start endpoint to provision a public tunnel and republish the API at a publicly accessible address.
- CVE-2026-86542Critical
Vulnerability in knowns before 0.30.0 fails to validate import names in the import routes, allowing unauthenticated attackers to write files outside the imports directory. Attackers can supply traversal sequences in the name parameter to escape the imports directory and overwrite arbitrary files writable by the server process.
- CVE-2026-75650Critical
Adobe Commerce is affected by an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements Used in a Template Engine vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation does not require user interaction. Scope is changed.
- CVE-2026-86480Critical
In JetBrains Hub before 2026.2.52442, an unauthenticated attacker could register a trusted service and gain superuser privileges.
Original NVD description (English source)
The default configuration of Microsoft Windows uses the Web Proxy Autodiscovery Protocol (WPAD) without static WPAD entries, which might allow remote attackers to intercept web traffic by registering a proxy server using WINS or DNS, then responding to WPAD requests, as demonstrated using Internet Explorer. NOTE: it could be argued that if an attacker already has control over WINS/DNS, then web traffic could already be intercepted by modifying WINS or DNS records, so this would not cross privilege boundaries and would not be a vulnerability. It has also been reported that DHCP is an alternate attack vector.
