Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder vulnerabilities
3 known CVE vulnerabilities in Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder, translated and rated.
- CVE-2026-17196High
The Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder plugin for WordPress up to version 6.3.316 is vulnerable to Unrestricted File Type Upload via the upload_files function. Missing file type validation allows authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to upload executable files, leading to remote code execution. The attack requires poisoning _super_elements post meta via the super_save_form AJAX handler, which lacks capability and nonce checks, and then uploading via super_upload_files without authentication.
- CVE-2026-14894Critical
The Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder plugin for WordPress up to version 6.3.313 is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload via the submit_form function. Missing file type validation and capability checks in the nopriv AJAX handler allow unauthenticated attackers to upload executable files, leading to remote code execution. The nonce protection is easily bypassed using the separate super_create_nonce endpoint that generates a valid nonce and session cookie.
- CVE-2026-15983High
The Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder plugin for WordPress up to version 6.3.316 is vulnerable to arbitrary file and directory deletion. The vulnerability stems from a missing capability check in the `super_save_form` AJAX handler, allowing Subscriber-level users to create or modify forms and enable the `file_upload_submission_delete` setting, combined with the `submit_form` function passing the attacker-controlled `files[].subdir` value directly to `SUPER_Common::delete_dir()` without sanitization. The `ABSPATH` guard can be trivially bypassed by using a `subdir` value of `wp-config.php`, enabling recursive deletion of files and directories on the server, up to the entire WordPress installation.
